The RLC in Constance offers free legal support for refugees. They needed a logo and color concept which underlines the idea of connection between people of different ethnical backgrounds and willingness to help each other in times of need.

The Color violet is associated with power, but also thoughtfulness and transformation. It is also known for its political connotation as color of the female rights movement.
This ultraviolet version draws attention to the brand as it is almost alarmingly bright and rather unseen especially in this field.
The logo
The combination of a traditional typewriter font with a clean linear modern icon style makes the whole logo seem very young and almost playful without losing its straight (bureaucratical) line.
I decided to make two versions, because round shapes don't work well with every medium.
